Our initial consultation
involves an hour of on-site discussion as we assess
your site and your personal needs, and gain an insight
to your individual style. The fee for this initial
consultation is $165 including GST (metro Melbourne) |

After this initial
meeting we will send you a letter proposing the
costs of engaging us to document your design. On
your acceptance of this proposal we will start working
on your design. Designs usually take four to six
weeks to complete. |

On approval
of the design Brian Rankin and Staff’s construction
team can build the landscape, interpreting the design
and bringing it to life. Brian Rankin and Staff
are committed to easy everyday client communication,
